I think it is updated, but I doubt it matters much since they can change the odds anytime at the terminal, so the numbers listed in there is pretty meaningless.

When I first got into this, eons ago, and when they used to have hockey for the entire week printed out on a flyer, hit a 6 underdog teamer $2 won $498. Have never been able to replicate that since haha.
