Based on the OLG site today, if you pre-register for online proline betting, the first 25,000 people will get a $50 bonus deposited to your account.
I registered this morning and just received the bonus into the account.

If you had a account in past you do not get the bonus also if you had account in past and then let it sit there doing nothing your account is suspended .
To unsusoend you need to make a deposit.

As I recall there was a fee from the bank for deposits. It looks like there is some sort of interact option for TD/RBC bank accounts only. Do these avoid fee's? Me personally would have TD as a option but would have to open a account etc..

i thought I would preemptively make a deposit knowing it will sit there for months on end just to have it there and avoid hassle later but not looking to pay 5% fee or whatever . Any suggestions welcome

I was one of those with an old account from playing casino for $100 with a bonus probably 15 years ago, so got no $50 bonus. Took time for them to update things properly I was able to deposit via my credit card since they do not accept my bank right now. I also was limited to $250 which is a joke. To increase the limit which I applied for will take a week so have to wait until August 31st. I do not expect to see any extra transaction costs for my deposit, but who knows? maybe it was in the pages which I did not read.

I ended up being able to deposit without fee's using visa debit with account from Scotiabank . Its like a debit purchase so limits may be restricted from settings at your bank for debit but has worked for me doing a few deposits without fee's.

Be careful using credit cards, I was duped $10 fee by credit card company years ago. It it says Visa Debit or Interac I think it should be ok like Rich said.
