I redeem at rogers for my roger bill and no longer getting the 1.5* or 1.3 * redemption bonus. Does anyone know why this would be? Could someone look and see if they would. You do not actually have to redeem but look at the app and see if there is a bonus eligible on your roger purchase on the app.

yes mine still works for 1.5x redemption. Just did a redemption today and everything seems to be good. Maybe call them to confirm it is still linked to your Rogers account? Did you recently make any changes to your Rogers subscription or something?

Richhhh, based on the website, it can be redeemed with a minimum of $10 at a time. as per quoted below:

"The cash back earned on the card can be used to offset any purchase; however, if you want more bang for your buck, you can use the cash back to pay for a Rogers, Fido, or Shaw bill and get 50% more value.

That means you’ll get $1.50 (CAD) for every cash back dollar applied towards your Rogers, Fido, or Shaw bill. Therefore, the card has an effective 3% cash back rate on all purchases, as long as you redeem the cash back against a Rogers, Fido, or Shaw bill.†"

Red this is exactly what I am talking about. I think when I talked about this there seems to be some confusion. I do not care about the extra 3% lol. I care about the Redemption that is similar to shopper drug mart that I am not longer receiving. On the app I used to see on my rogers purchases a discount.For instance a $300 bill redeem for $200 cashback but now I no longer see this as its gone.

Richhhh, you may want to call up customer service on this as the redemption should be there.
I have a friend who does have this card and it works for him, no problem.

Thanks Red. It turns out I have a Rogers world elite mastercard and it no longer gets the extra value in cash back for rogers products. The solution is oddly to downgrade my credit card to the normal Rogers credit cards
