So to add insult to injury found out this weekend two of my CT gift cards have been compromised, balance disappeared. Not a good time.

I made the call to PC (1-866-727-6468) The phone call took about a hour.
The good.... I was not told I would not get my points. I did not have to individually reference each Receipt or Gift card as they can see the purchases. She eventually just asked me how many bought instead of counting.This is important as If I do not get the points I do not wanna jump through hoops to not get something.
The bad.... I was not told I would get the points. I have a case number and it will be reviewed and expect a minimum of 2 weeks for a response. She did go to her supervisor but it exceeded threshold of points they can reward. I have to get my wife to make the same call as I used her card to.
I would suggest anyone looking for points make the call. Maybe if you have a reasonable amount they will just send them to you or if your like me you will be giving a case number. I would not of called if I felt there was a chance they would send them on there own. We will likey be offered a sentiment of sorts.( some points not all) but I that is just me guessing.

just checked my account, and finally got my 1.2M points after doing a missing points inquiry on the app this morning. woohoo!

guess what? SDM has the OLG gift card deal again this week from Nov. 30 until Dec. 6. Stock up!
