You are right about the anonymous part, tshi. Another factor is the ability to get around the limit, like what we are doing now (going from store to store, if need be).

Rich/Matty have posted screenshots of restrictions applied to their ProLine+ accounts on Twitter/other forums and it's brutal how OLG has cracked down on winners.

The funny part is Bang I really have not been active on proline+. There was a time you could do nasty things to them with correlated parlays and I did not of it. I have very little bets with them and the one market I was betting was inline with any other book. I recently went back online to bet them because I heard long pass was being offered so I did the log in 50 times things to bet the long pass as regular proline has been giving away money with low long pass numbers of late only to find out my limits have been slashed to betting peanuts on everything.
The whole this is inline with the industry is lame as they are the only legal operator . We can hope for changes in this area and whining and complaining prolly helps. I know when I tell people this is what all the books do they have trouble believing it as it seems so wrong to only allow losing gamblers .

It's really telling that the new slip will accept $1 wager. I've only seen wager amounts go up for draw games (2 to 3 for 649 etc) but first time they lower the wager requirements for a game. Like what's next? Penny bets?

I've done some purchase with the One4All card, which can be used at Staples online to order other gift cards like Canadian Tire, which you can use at CT Gas or in store. Also Sobey GC sometimes can be used to buy lotto tickets as well. The downside is each One4All card is 500$ so each order is limited in quantity and it takes 10 days to get your gift cards in the mail.

I can confirm this works, but I couldn't load the $500 max. so I had to do $100 multiple times on separate cards and on different receipts.

Esso gift card deal at SDM and Loblaws. (10/18-10/25)
10,000 PC Optimum points for every $100 spent.
For SDM you need to wait 3+ weeks to get the points.
At Loblaws, you get the points instantly!
It's a one-time use, so make sure to do a single transaction.

Giant tiger has a promo, you get $10 GT gift card for very $100 ONE4ALL gift card you purchase.

The caveat is that the people at GT seems to have no idea how to process this. I waited 20 min there this morning while 4 cashiers/supervisors go through their papers and none could figure it out so I quit lol.
