Payment problem

is anyone else experiencing issues trying to renew there membership?
My visa is being blocked by paypal when i try and make payment.

Is sending an EMT an option?
Not sure why its not letting me use the Visa i always have used.

Never had an issue in the past and the credit card is in good standing.

I tested this by paying with credit card and everything went through PayPal ok. Problem is all my cards are of the MasterCard variety.

Has anyone else tried to do a payment with a Visa card - successful or not? Could you let me know if you have.
