I register on the site and created a username, but never get to set the password, payment, etc.
When I tried to use the forget password function, got the following coming back:

sorry for the late reply been tied up with some reprogramming over the last few days. I tried to duplicate the error but never had a problem.
Suggest trying again and if it still doesn't work send me an email with the user name you are trying to register and I'll set up the account from here.
