They are trying to do something new . They really need to have a jackpot that is displayed as people would have no clue whatsoever how big this pot will be and also how much vig is charge etc...

Not sure if many players will play this Props Pools for a variety of reasons, rich.
It has not been well promoted. Game is kicking off in a few days and this one only came out today. Plus with all the trouble the casual bettors are having with the new system, they may not even care to put anything down for this.
A second, bigger reason (in my opinion anyway) is the single game may *cannibalize* the Pools, if you will. Why would people want to play Pools where they most likely will need all 15 Props (or close to that number) correct, when they can simply play single Prop (or only parlay a few together) and stand a better chance that way?
Possibly same for the NBA and NCAAB Pools right now. Grizz Joe posted the payouts for those Pools on TMB and the pot for each card was like a couple of grands each.
