Any luck betting with single-game wagering so far, shawnn? Are you still playing with OLG (ProLine+) or waiting for the new books to come tomorrow?

I mean I’m sure there’s lots on this forum that could do the same if they were attention seeking. I know I could and it wasn’t really that profitable of a year. What would be more impressive is his stack of losing tickets.

That's a good point, zoo.
I don't know these Banfield guys from Joe Blow but you have to wonder what is their possible motive/agenda here? Are they pushing or *touting* themselves as successful ProLine bettors to fish for more opportunities (I read about a Netflix documentary pitch?) and maybe eventually sell picks to other people?
Who knows in this new landscape, everyone is out for himself now. Tread with caution and take what people post with a grain of salt.

"Harley Redlick, an industry consultant who also teaches gambling law at York University's Osgoode Hall Law School, says measuring the employment impact of Ontario's decision to launch a competitive sports betting market is challenging.
"Will the service sector suffer in some of the casinos? Maybe. It's going to be hard to tell because you're not coming off a normal environment. I don't know many people who've set foot in an Ontario casino in the past two years," he said in an interview. "There's a lot going on that makes the analysis very, very difficult."

That video ....Proline art lmao. I seen the garfield group on twitter and they do not appear to be selling anything . I was kinda thinking same as zoo with the losing tickets would be more impressive. Maybe one day I will make a proline loveseat
Nflsurvivor it seems everyone has a podcast or shilling something these days.Anything you have to purchase should be met with extreme caution. For podcasts I am sure somewhere in the piles of podcasts is good information but my opinion would be your time is better spent finding your own angles instead of listening to people at best giving stale/recycled angles and at worst complete garbage unhelpful in any way blabber . So best case you might hear someone talking about how they beat the old proline for example and this could be of value but how they are beating the new proline will not be said and is obviously what is sought after by the listener and is extremely valuable . Dont these podcastors have to write INDEX & MATCH 4000 times a day in excel like the rest of us where do they find the time anyways....

Shaun, these Banfield clowns can brag all they want but there is only one King of Proline & that is Csima. This guy was amazing at the amount of tickets he cashed. Look up OLG Winners over $1000 & you would see his name frequently with plenty of winning tickets. He would hit 9 game point spread parlays for over $150K. Yes, that is 10 tickets @$100 a pop. & not just rarely, but often. The one year when he hit the 3 biggest pots in NFL POOLS for a total cash of over $1M was impressive. Nobody tops Csima!!!!
& now that the dam has been broken in Ontario, Proline is in for some stiff competition. & what is with all these celebrities pimping these sites. The Trailer Park Boys or Gerry Dee or Dan from Fox aint gonna make me visit these places. Still like going to my local convience store and purchase my tickets.

Hack, I don't remember seeing Csima name too many times in last year Winners' list. Wondering if he took a break or simply moved on to something else.
Curious to know what he pivoted in this brave new world. Certainly we are all trying to figure out where we fit in. I would expect more interest in NFL Pools this coming Fall because that is one of the very few avenues left to make serious coins with OLG.

Anybody else notice there are no Proline or Pools winners for tickets after Jan. 31 on the $1000+ list? Isn't that a breach of transparency rules for lottery wins under OLG?

Kev, I haven't followed Pools after the end of the NFL regular season so I can't comment there but my understanding is there are no more big ProLine/PointSpread winners, after OLG implemented the new platform on February 1st.
It will now take a crazy parlay (or an underdog with astronomical odds) for the winning payout to be over $1K and I don't even know if that's possible anymore because OLG has controls in place for the limit (again things may be different between the online side and the retail side).
I know the payouts for NHL/MLB/NBA Pools have generally been pretty putrid, at least compared to NFL Pools. Are you not seeing those winners listed either?
