On a pretty bad NHL Props run here, tshi. Hope they give us something for the playoff but I won't hold my breath.

odds certainly not tempting on most days. Usually better at beginning of season so I am not too optimistic.
Re: PROPS CARD 86 Hockey SanJose - StLouis Tuesday, March
The props have been very difficult the last three months or so. Lots of overs have been coming in. Seems like there are more goals/assists this season then there has been in the past. Higher scoring games. I have noticed the over/under on many NHL games have been 6 and 6.5 goals where as in seasons pass 5.0 and 5.5 have been more common. This had negatively impacted the unders on the prop cards (goals, assists and even SOG).

Some possible explanations here Ed. It is tough to sustain that stretch, especially after NFL season ended, with not as many opportunities around.

I agree there have been more games with 6 or 6.5 goals for totals, at least for the ones on Props cards this season, and I have not found too many values for those.

Interesting article, thanks for sharing it with me.

Every year I am optimistic that they will offer nhl props in the playoffs. I realize they have never in the past. Whatever reason is holding them back from doing so at some point will be overturned.
Looks like 3 prop cards daily for awhile. Good time for the prop player.

rich, with the end of the regular season only a week away and the fact they have never offered Props for NHL Playoff in the past, I tend to think they would have advertised it heavily, on their website or social media platforms, if they were to offer something this year.richhhh wrote:Every year I am optimistic that they will offer nhl props in the playoffs. So far I have not seen any evidence of that but like you said I remain cautiously optimistic. This is a slower time of the year for ProLine and if the OLG wants to drum up some more sales, this is a good way to get the casual players back into the game.
We will find out in a week's time!

They offered cricket a while back, maybe they'll experiment with something else this summer.

I don’t even remember this. Either a long time back or old age is having an effect.tshi2015 wrote:They offered cricket a while back, maybe they'll experiment with something else this summer.
