Changes coming to ProLine/Props?
Re: Changes coming to ProLine/Props?
live odds mean no more edges...looks like we in trouble
Re: Changes coming to ProLine/Props?
Yes, hopefully the guy/girl that was monitoring the odds on Connelly today will still be overseeing things…

Big boxes might have to go with the X
Re: Changes coming to ProLine/Props?
If pools really going unlimited wagering I am just going to make my proline slips say pools somehow haha
Re: Changes coming to ProLine/Props?
So basically they've copied the ALC way of doing things, except the design of the new slip is stupid, like WTF is with $70 wager amount??? Why can't they put a few more reasonable wager amounts on there?

Also annoying is that the ticket you're given will show the actual odds. You can be sure that the web site wont be updated in real time. This means you'll have to check each ticket as it comes out to see that it was at the expected payout so that you have the option to void it. Retailers will love that feature too.

Great feature on PROLINE+ is you get to log in every 7 seconds.

PLP, I was wondering what your thoughts are regarding how well it would work with updates on your website. I've noticed with ALC most of the time your website works well, but sometimes it has difficulties updating odds that have changed. Other times I noticed the edge calculation is entirely out of whack. I know ALC is not popular so it might not be a big issue, but with OLG being the most popular on here I sense it might create some problems.
Re: Changes coming to ProLine/Props?
In Quebec the way they handle this is by taking the selection number OTB and re-posting it at new odds with a new selection number. If OLG doesn’t do it this way, it will be awful.ProlinePlayer wrote: ↑Thu Dec 16, 2021 10:06 amAlso annoying is that the ticket you're given will show the actual odds.
